Our community includes 111 Independent Living Units and Serviced Apartments across a 4ha site in Pasadena.
Whilst living in a Village is a wonderful way to help with social isolation, residents are encouraged to engage a Home Care provider of their choice for any additional care assistance they may need.
A 24/7 monitored personal emergency call system is provided to all accommodation.

Serviced ApartmentsWe offer 32 Serviced Apartments; including three specifically for couples.
While Residents need to be independent, consistent with the Christian Family Model we offer a varying range of home services such as the midday meal, heavy laundry, and weekly room cleaning. This allows residents to retain personal choice whilst receiving the support they need to remain independent. Staff are available onsite 8am to 9pm every day. After hours, staff sleep over every night to provide emergency assistance. |
Independent Living UnitsWe offer 79 one, two and three bedroom Independent Living Units.
Our original one and two bedroom units are fully refurbished including new kitchens and bathrooms. Our newer, open plan, two and three bedroom units were constructed from 2000, with the most recent units completed in May 2023. |
