Serviced Apartments
Our Serviced Apartments are for residents who are independent, but would like some basic assistance.

The weekly services fee includes the midday meal, heavy laundry (sheets and towels), and weekly room cleaning.  It also includes rates such as electricity, water, sewer, council, and emergency services levy.  We also provide a home cooked midday meal - prepared fresh daily!

Depending on your financial situation, Government rent assistance may also be available.

We currently have a Serviced Apartment available - suitable for singles.

Ingoing Contribution	$ 130,000
Services Fee (single)	$ 445 / week
Exit Entitlement	no less than 75% of the Ingoing Contribution (no additional fees or charges)
